Auction Rules
1. Any item not sold at a satisfactory
price may be withdrawn at the auctioneer's discretion.
2. Payment may be made by the successful bidder following
the close of auction sections at the bankers' tables.
Bankers tables are broken down alphabetically by the
purchasers last name. One final payment for all items
purchased may be made at the close of the auction
or at the close of each section, whichever the bidder
desires. Payment may be made in cash, check, or by
Visa/Master Card. Payment in full is mandatory, unless
otherwise specified.
3. Gift Certificates for goods or services and as
part of auction packages must be picked up by the
purchaser at a special table following payment to
the banker. Present your paid receipt to receive gift
certificates.
4. Buyer is responsible for contacting donor to arrange
a mutually convenient time for delivery of goods or
services.
5. All sales are final. There are no guarantees. There
will be no exchanges or refunds.
6. Banks will open 15 minutes after a respective section
closes.
7. All items are subject to errors, change or withdrawal.
